The FH33J series is a high-reliability FFC/FPC (flat flexible) connector introduced by Hirose Electric Co Ltd, suitable for precision electronic devices with limited space. The product uses surface mount, right-angle structure, with 4 pins and a pitch of 0.50mm, suitable for flexible cables with a thickness of 0.30mm, featuring a bottom contact design and conical cable end mating method. The FH33J is equipped with zero insertion force (ZIF) mechanism and trigger locking function, enabling easy insertion and removal while ensuring a stable connection. The contacts are made of gold-plated phosphor bronze material, effectively improving conductivity and corrosion resistance. The shell is made of halogen-free liquid crystal polymer (LCP), and the actuator is made of heat-resistant polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), with the overall structure meeting environmental protection and flame-retardant requirements.
