The FH28K series is a high-reliability FFC/FPC connector launched by Hirose Electric, designed for harsh environments and high-density installation requirements. The product adopts a surface mount right-angle structure, has 28 pin positions with a pitch of 0.50mm, and is compatible with FFC/FPC cables with a thickness of 0.30mm. The board height is only 2.54mm, suitable for applications with strict requirements for space and performance. The FH28K uses a bottom contact design, combined with an efficient trigger locking mechanism, to ensure stable and reliable connections. The contacts are made of high-conductivity copper alloy, with gold plating (thickness 1.25µin / 0.03µm) on the surface to enhance conductivity and corrosion resistance. The connector supports焊片式 cable termination methods, featuring a fixed welding tail structure to simplify the assembly process. The product housing and actuator are both made of halogen-free liquid crystal polymer (LCP), compliant with UL94 V-0 flame retardant rating, with a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, rated voltage of 50V, and current of 0.5A. It is widely used in fields with extremely high reliability requirements, such as automotive electronics, industrial control, portable devices, etc.
