The FH12 series connector from Hirose Electric Co Ltd is a highly reliable FFC/FPC connector designed for compact electronic devices. Featuring a Zero Insertion Force (ZIF) design with a trigger-lock mechanism to ensure a stable connection and simplify operation, the FH12 connector has a 40-pin position with a pitch of 0.50mm and is suitable for FFC/FPC cables with a thickness of 0.30mm. Its surface mount (SMT) right-angle design, combined with a 2.00mm on-board height, accommodates high-density board layouts. The product utilizes a top contact configuration for specific circuit design requirements. The contacts are gold-plated phosphor bronze, providing excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. The housing is made of UL94 V-0 rated flame retardant polyamide (PA), and the actuator is made of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) for good heat resistance and mechanical strength. Rated voltage 50V, rated current 0.5A, operating temperature range -40°C ~ 85°C, support 20 times mating, suitable for consumer electronics, industrial control and precision instruments and other applications.
