The TF31 series of FFC/FPC connectors from Hirose Electric Co Ltd is a high-precision, reliable interconnect for compact electronic devices, featuring a Zero Insertion Force (ZIF) design with a trigger lock mechanism to ensure a stable and easy-to-operate connection. Featuring a Zero Insertion Force (ZIF) design with a trigger-lock mechanism that ensures a stable connection and easy operation, the TF31 connector has a 32-pin position with a pitch of 0.50mm and is suitable for FFC/FPC cables with a thickness of 0.30mm. Its surface mount (SMT) right-angle design provides efficient interconnections in limited spaces, while its 2.00mm on-board height meets the needs of precision equipment. The contacts are gold-plated with phosphor bronze at 0.03µm for excellent conductivity and durability. The housing and actuator are made of Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP), which is UL94 V-0 rated flame retardant, high temperature resistant and has excellent mechanical properties. Rated voltage is 50V, rated current is 0.5A, operating temperature range is -40°C ~ 85°C, support 20 times mating, suitable for consumer electronics, industrial control and other applications.
