Test Record: Performance Verification of Domestic Connectors against JACOB StandardsTo verify the matching degree of domestic connectors in critical performance, we followed the specifications of JACOB products, selected representative samples, and conducted systematic testing. The test items include:
Protective Level and IP Performance Testing
●Using high-quality plastics (such as PA) and nickel-plated brass materials, simulating the structural design of JACOB "PERFECT" series.
The prototype has passed the IP67/IP68 waterproof grade test and challenged the IP69K high-pressure water jet, achieving a pass rate of 98%.
Extreme temperature adaptation test
Conduct temperature cycling tests from -60 °C to +200 °C based on the performance specifications of the JACOB WADI series.
The test results show that the domestic prototype has no cracking or seal failure, demonstrating stable and reliable performance.
3. EMC shielding and explosion-proof capability test
● Shielding efficiency tests were conducted in accordance with the JACOB EMC model products, with results reaching approximately 95%.
●Basic Ex certification tests for explosion-proof versions are conducted, and the performance meets the expected safety standards.
4. Mechanical durability and installation ease testing
● Design structure refers to JACOB quick installation concept, with good feel and easy installation.
After 500 cycles of connection fatigue and cyclic tests, the connector still maintains structural integrity and sealing performance.
This test shows that domestic connectors have approached the high standards of JACOB GmbH products in multiple key performance indicators, such as protection grade, extreme temperature adaptation, EMC shielding, explosion-proof capability, and mechanical durability. This reflects the significant improvement in domestic research and manufacturing capabilities.
