Hirose Electric Co., Ltd. has launched the FH33 series FFC/FPC connectors, designed for high-density, miniaturized electronic devices with excellent electrical performance and reliability. This series supports a 0.50mm pitch and a 12-pin configuration, compatible with FFC/FPC cables with a thickness of 0.30mm. It uses surface mount, right-angle installation, and bottom contact design, with a board height of only 1.20mm, suitable for compact applications with limited space. The FH33 series adopts a zero insertion force (ZIF) structure, combined with a trigger locking mechanism, to achieve fast and stable cable connections, reducing assembly complexity and extending service life. The contacts are made of gold-plated phosphor bronze, ensuring good conductivity and corrosion resistance; the housing and actuator are made of polyamide materials that meet the UL94 V-0 flame retardant rating, with excellent heat resistance and flame retardancy. The rated current is 0.5A, the rated voltage is 50V, and the operating temperature range is -55°C to 85°C, suitable for application environments with strict requirements for performance and size, such as consumer electronics and medical equipment.
