Hirose Electric Co Ltd has launched the FH19C series FFC/FPC connectors, a high-performance surface mount connector product suitable for compact electronic devices. The series adopts a right-angle mounting method with a pitch of only 0.50mm, and a board height as low as 0.88mm, making it very suitable for applications with limited space. FH19C supports FFC/FPC cables with a thickness of 0.20mm, featuring conical cable termination and trigger lock design, ensuring reliable and safe connections. The FH19C series has zero insertion force (ZIF) characteristics, combined with a fixed tail structure, which improves assembly efficiency and contact stability. The contacts are made of gold-plated phosphor bronze material, effectively enhancing corrosion resistance and conductivity; the housing and actuator are both made of high-performance liquid crystal polymer, meeting the UL94 V-0 flame retardant standard, and are environmentally friendly and highly safe. The rated current is 0.5A, and the rated voltage is 50V, suitable for consumer electronics, wearable devices, and other applications that have strict requirements for thin, light, and high-density wiring.
