The FH55 series is a high-performance FFC/FPC (flat flexible cable) connector launched by Hirose Electric Co Ltd, specifically designed for compact electronic devices. The product adopts a surface mount structure, supports zero insertion force (ZIF) design, is equipped with trigger locking function, and is easy to insert and remove while being stable and reliable. It has 40 pin positions with a pitch of 0.50mm, suitable for FPC cables with a thickness of 0.30mm, with a board height of only 1.50mm, effectively saving space. The FH55 connector uses gold-plated phosphor bronze contacts to ensure excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance, and the shell is made of heat-resistant liquid crystal polymer (LCP), meeting the UL94 V-0 flame retardant grade standard, adapting to working environments of -55°C to 85°C. The rated voltage is 50V and the current is 0.5A, suitable for medium and small power signal transmission applications, and is an ideal connection solution for portable terminals, industrial control equipment, and other devices.
