The FH41 series is designed by Hirose Electric Co Ltd of Japan, a high-performance and compact FFC connector, specifically designed to provide reliable interconnection solutions for high-density electronic devices. The connector supports a 0.50mm pitch and a 31-pin configuration, is suitable for 0.30mm thick FFC cables, and adopts surface mount and right-angle installation methods, featuring a delicate structure with a board height of only 2.50mm, effectively saving space. The FH41 features a reversible back lock structure, improving connection stability, and is suitable for applications requiring vibration resistance and frequent plugging and unplugging (up to 20 cycles). The product adopts a fixed welding tail design for secure assembly. The contacts are made of gold-plated phosphor bronze, ensuring good conductivity and corrosion resistance; the housing and actuator are both made of halogen-free liquid crystal polymer (LCP), combining environmental protection and high heat resistance, meeting the UL94 V-0 flame retardant rating. The series is rated for 50V voltage and 0.5A current, with the operating temperature range extended to -40°C to 105°C, widely applicable to industrial equipment, vehicle-mounted electronics, and portable consumer products.
