The Hirose Electric FH34SRJ series FFC/FPC connectors are highly reliable, ultra-thin surface mount connectors for electronic devices that require high space and stability. Designed with a 0.50mm pitch, the series supports 4-pin positions and is compatible with FFC/FPC with a thickness of 0.30mm, ensuring efficient signal transmission.The FH34SRJ series features a Zero Insertion Force (ZIF) design with a dual locking mechanism of swivel lock and back-lock, which ensures a stable connection while providing a convenient operating experience. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with gold-plated surface for excellent conductivity and durability, and support a rated current of 0.5 A and a rated voltage of 50 V. The housing is made of halogen-free Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) and the actuator is made of polyamide (PA) nylon, which meets UL94 V-0 flame retardant standards, and has a wide range of operating temperatures from -55°C to 105°C, making it suitable for use in harsh environments. Its ultra-low 1.00mm on-board height and right-angle surface mount design make it particularly suitable for precision industrial equipment, portable electronics and high-density PCB applications.
