Hirose FH23-39S-0.3SHW(05) Connector Product (Series) Description:
Hirose Electric's FH23 series FPC connectors are high-precision, ultra-thin surface mount connectors for space-constrained electronic devices. The series features a 0.30mm ultra-slim pitch design that supports 39-pin positions and is compatible with FPCs up to 0.20mm thick, ensuring efficient signal transmission in compact configurations.The FH23 series features a low insertion force (LIF) design with a trigger-locking structure that improves the stability of the connection while facilitating easy mounting and dismounting. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a gold-plated surface to provide excellent conductivity and durability, and support a rated current of 0.3 A and a rated voltage of 30 V. The connector housing and actuator are made of halogen-free Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) material, which meets the UL94 V-0 flame-retardant rating standard for stable operation in environments from -55°C to 85°C. The FH23 series has a low insertion force (LIF) design and a trigger locking structure to improve connection stability while facilitating installation and removal. Its ultra-low on-board height of 1.25mm and right-angle surface mount design make it particularly suitable for ultra-thin portable devices, wearables, medical electronics and high-density PCB design applications.
