Hirose FH34SRJ-16S-0.5SH(50) Connector Product (Series) Description:
Hirose Electric Co Ltd's FH34SRJ series FFC/FPC (Flat Flexible) connectors are precision interconnect assemblies designed for high-density electronic devices. Featuring a surface-mount, right-angle design with Zero Insertion Force (ZIF) construction and a dual locking mechanism of rotary and back-locking, the FH34SRJ series has a 16-pin position, 0.50mm pitch, and supports 0.30mm-thick FFCs/FPCs and is compatible with flexible mating of the upper and lower contacts. With an on-board height of only 1.00mm, they are ideal for ultra-thin electronic device applications. The contacts are made of gold-plated phosphor bronze with a 0.050µm coating to provide excellent electrical performance and durability, supporting current ratings up to 0.5A and voltage ratings up to 50V. The housing and actuator are made of UL94 V-0 rated halogen-free liquid crystal polymer (LCP) and polyamide (PA) materials that are highly flame retardant and environmentally friendly for reliable operation over a wide temperature range of -55°C to 105°C. The housing and actuator have a mating life of up to 20 cycles. Its high mating life of up to 20 cycles makes it ideal for consumer electronics, communications equipment and industrial control systems.
